None. The website has no forms, does not ask you to register and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The fonts are served from this same domain, with no calls to third parties.

When you write to us or call us

If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we use your name, your number and whatever you tell us (for example, an injury) only to reply to you and organise your classes. The legal basis is your consent and, if you sign up, the relationship we have with you as a client. We do not pass your data on to anyone unless legally required to. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

For as long as you keep coming to class and, after that, for as long as legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to hola@pilatesdosi.com, by WhatsApp or by calling 620 30 51 09. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).
